PIG BRAIN ATLAS
This website contains the three-dimensional MRI-based averaged brain and atlas of the young domesticated pig (Sus scrofa domestica). This project is a collaboration between the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology and ACES Department of Animal Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Atlas version 2.1: Updated high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging-based atlases
Updated 4-week-old and 12-week-old atlases, each with 30 regions of interest and 4 tissue probability maps. Discrepancies across the various thresholds, combined maps, and tissue probability maps in V.2.0 were addressed.
